What is Ad-aware plus ?

Does this mean, there is now a free "light" and a retail version of Ad-aware ?
No, definately not.
The free Ad-aware version is not restricted nor are any features disabled.
Ad-aware Plus consists of Ad-watch, and the regular Ad-aware application.
It has been designed with the purpose of providing additional security for your system.
What is Ad-watch ?
Ad-watch is a monitor addon for Ad-aware that will detect known spyware right when it is loaded
into memory or tries to install on your computer.
Also it keeps an eye on your registry for changes and additions made by known spyware in the background.

Furthermore Ad-aware+ allows you to specify any path as a parameter, to save your logfiles to.
/log <path> will automatically generate and store a logfile to a specified path. example : /log c:\logs
Ad-watch shares its definitionfile with Ad-aware, so updating the database is quickly done.
